University of New Orleans also offers an Intensive English Language Program to
improve the English skills of non-native speakers and to introduce them to
American culture in preparation for study at a college or university in the
United States.

FOR GMAT/TOEFL For
more information on testing, call (in the U.S. and Canada) 1-800-GMAT-NOW to
schedule tests and to order preparation materials. International sites are listed in the GMAT books.
TOEFL books may be obtained at the international sites and at UNO's
Testing Services in the College of Business Building, Room 216. The
GMAT can now be taken at the University of New Orleans's Testing Services
Center. For information and
scheduling, call 504-280-TEST. The
UNO Office of Testing Services is now operating an ETS Computer-Based Testing
center. The GMAT and TOEFL tests
are offered by appointment ONLY. Hours
are Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), and some Saturdays every
month (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Paper-less
registration is available, as follows: Call UNO Testing Services directly at 504-280-1092, or 504-280-TEST, and pay with a credit card; or register in person in Room 216, Business Building, on the UNO Lakefront Campus and pay with credit card, check, voucher, or money order. TESTING
