VERY IMPORTANT -- GRADUATE STUDENTS WHO PLAN TO GRADUATE IN FALL 2006 (NOT EXECUTIVE EDUCATION STUDENTS)

All graduate students enrolled in the traditional programs who are graduating in Fall 2006 must complete the below. Please click on the link and download the form (Word Document), complete it, save it under your name, and email it to Barbara Moran at bamoran@uno.edu. This form will inform the college of your enrollment for the Fall 2006 semester and your current location.

You must also complete the University's Graduation Application if you have not already done this. This can be done online at registrar.uno.edu. All applicable fees will be posted to your Blackboard account.
