The College currently offers the following certification programs at the Graduate level:

Pre-CPA Program - UNO's Accounting Department provides a CPA preparation program to enable individuals who have degrees in areas other than accounting to obtain the necessary course work to qualify to take the CPA exam. The program requires 27 hours of accounting courses and 24 hours of business courses.

Certificate of Eligibility for CPA Examination Candidacy - There are three options offered to students who wish to meet the 150-hour requirement to take the CPA Examination. These options will lead to a UNO Certificate of Eligibility for CPA Examination Candidacy

Internal Auditing Program - The Department of Accounting at the University of New Orleans offers the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Endorsed Internal Auditing Program. The program is offered at only a few universities in the United States.
