UNO Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Review

UNO's Executive Education Department is now offering a CFA Review course. If you are serious about a career in finance, the CFA program can help you achieve your place among the elite in the profession. The CFA program is a self-study, graduate-level program for investment professionals. The review program will assist you in preparing for the CFA examinations in order to help put you on the track to becoming a CFA charterholder.

For more information about the CFA designation, please visit http://www.cfainstitute.org.

CFA charterholder Exam
To become a CFA charterholder, you must complete three, distinct CFA examinations generally referred to as the Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 exams. Each of these six-hour examinations is administered in two sessions-morning and afternoon-and lasts about 3 hours each. Exams are administrered twice-a-year in June and December. UNO's CFA Review helps prepare students for the Level 1 examination through a series of evening courses. These courses cover topics that provide a general overview of what is covered in the exam.

Program Details
Review classes are held one night a week from January to May. The cost of the program is $2,800 (CFA Members-$2,500, current UNO students-$2,200). This includes: tuition, Stalla's "The System" Course Program, and refreshments on class nights (does not include exam fees). Current UNO students also have the ability to earn graduate course credit from the review program.
