    Associate Professor
    Ph.D., University of Arkansas, 1980
    At UNO since 1979 Dr. Burns earned the Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA) designation in 1983. A member of Beta Gamma Sigma since 1976, she was awarded the Outstanding Faculty Award by the UNO Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma in 1997. She also received the UNO Alumni Association Teaching Award in 1997. Dr. Burns is currently the director of Internships for the department. Office: BA 301
