Checklist
The
normal type on this page corresponds to the "Application
Order and Checklist" that is on the inside cover of the
International Student Application for Admission. We've added
comments on this page, in italics, to make it more useful
to domestic and international applicants.
To help expedite the reviewing of academic credentials,
we request that you submit all application materials in
the following order:
__ Completed admission application - Every applicant
must send this to the Office of Admissions. It is item 3
on the application
materials page.
__ Non-refundable $20.00 application fee (U.S currency only)
- Every applicant must send this to the Office
of Admissions
__ Statement of Financial Support - International applicants
must send this to the Office of Admissions. It is part of
item 4 on the application
materials page.
__ Summary of Educational Experiences form - International
applicants must send this to the Office of Admissions. It
is part of item 4 on the application
materials page. Note that this must be filed in addition
to your official transcripts.
__ Official academic records (in original language with
certified English translations) - International applicants
must send this to the Office of Admissions. It is part of
item 4 on the application
materials page.
__ Required admission test results (please note photocopies
are considered unofficial) - Every applicant must
send this to the Office of Admissions.
__ Housing application and deposit - International applicants
must send this to the Office of Admissions. It is part of
item 4 on the application
materials page.
__ Certified true copy of both sides of I-94 and Visa Transfer
Form (required only for students transferring trom within
the U.S.) - International applicants must send this to
the Office of Admissions. It is part of item 4 on the application
materials page.
__ Personal Statement (graduate students) - Every
applicant must send this to the Department of Economics
and Finance - it is page 2 of item 1 on the application
materials page.
__ Recommendation letters (graduate students) - Every
applicant must have 3 of these sent to the Department of
Economics and Finance. Item 2 on the application
materials page contains 1 copy of this form.
__ Graduate Application Admission and Financial Aid -
Every applicant must send this to the Department
of Economics and Finance - it is page 1 of item 1 on the
application materials
page.
An
International Applicant
is defined as someone who is not a citizen of the United
States.
